How do I find an ATM that is part of the MoneyPass ATM Network?
Each ATM in the MoneyPass network features the MoneyPass logo directly on the ATM. To find a MoneyPass ATM, visit the MoneyPass website, call 1-800-964-3444 for assistance, or visit a FirstBank branch.
Can I make deposits at a MoneyPass ATM?
No. Deposits can only be made at FirstBank-owned ATMs, as well as through the FirstBank Mobile App or at any FirstBank branch.
Do I contact FirstBank or MoneyPass if I have an issue involving a MoneyPass ATM?
If your FirstBank card has been captured in an ATM or you need assistance with disputing a transaction that occurred at a MoneyPass ATM, please contact FirstBank Customer Service at 1-800-964-3444. While we are unable to recover a card that has been captured by a MoneyPass ATM, we can assist by cancelling the captured card and ordering a replacement card for you. For all other technical issues involving the ATM, please contact the owner of the ATM.
Will the current surcharge-free options for ATMs still be available?
You will still have access to all FirstBank Branch ATMs. However, the following ATM options will no longer be available surcharge-free beginning April 1, 2023:
- King Soopers locations across the Front Range in Colorado.
- CVS Pharmacy locations in the Phoenix Metro area in Arizona.
- For customers residing outside of FirstBank's trade areas, we will no longer provide 4 free ATM withdrawals per statement at any ATM or refund the ATM owner's fee.
