Internet Cash Management (ICM) allows you to conveniently monitor and manage your company's FirstBank business accounts whenever you're online. Choose from optional services to suit your banking needs.

ICM Services

Account Management

  • View your FirstBank business checking, savings, and certain loan balances and account activity, including Visa Debit Card transactions.
  • Transfer funds between accounts.
  • View and print your account statements.
  • Search for specific transactions.
  • Request email notification alerts when your FirstBank business account balances go above or below the amounts you specify.
  • Download account activity using tab-delimited, comma-delimited, or BAI file formats.

Bill Payment

(Optional)

  • Pay bills online automatically.
  • Create one time and recurring payments.
  • Receive many billing statements electronically.
  • Save money on stamps to mail payments.
  • Save time by not making online payments on each biller's website.

Desktop Teller

(Optional)

  • Deposit checks into your business account from your own computer.
  • Make deposits for next day credit until 9:00 p.m. Mountain Time (8:00 p.m. Pacific Time).
  • Improve your cash flow by making daily deposits.
  • Reduce fraud risks on your account.
  • View, download, or print checks and your deposit history.

Outgoing Wire Transfer Module

(Optional)

  • Initiate wires directly from your FirstBank accounts.
  • Set up one-time wire transfers or create wire templates, which save your wire information for future use.
  • View, print or download outgoing wire information and reports.

Positive Pay Module

(Optional)

  • Download or manually input details of issued checks.
  • Identify exception checks before final payments are made.
  • View images of suspect checks.
  • Return unauthorized checks.

Automated Clearing House (ACH) Origination Module

(Optional)

  • Download or manually input electronic transaction information.
  • Simplify payroll for your employees with Direct Deposit.
  • Debit your customers' accounts for recurring expenses such as memberships or HOA dues.
  • Make federal and state tax payments electronically.
  • View or print ACH batch histories and reports.

Automated Clearing House (ACH) Block and Filter

(Optional)

  • Help protect your account from unauthorized electronic transactions.
  • ACH Block - All transactions will be returned for debits, credits, or both.
  • ACH Filter with no criteria - Each ACH that presents to the specified account will require a pay or return decision.
  • ACH Filter - Allow specific companies to debit, credit, or both without an exception appearing unless the item is outside of the outlined parameters.

  • View and print recent information about incoming wires received into your FirstBank accounts.
  • Transfer funds between separate FirstBank business accounts.

Disclosures

  1. Online Banking is free if enrolled for eStatements or $3.00/month for consumers and $10.00/month for business customers.
  2. The Internet Cash Management Service has a Base Fee of $15/month per entity and includes Account Management. Account Management is free if enrolled for eStatements or $35.00/month per entity. See the current Internet Cash Management Fee Schedule for information on additional fees.
  3. There is a $5 per user per month fee for the Bill Pay service for business online banking. There is a $25/month fee per entity enrolled in ICM.
  4. There are two methods of downloading transactions into financial management software. The first method is an optional service that automatically enters transactions into your software. The second is a manual method that is available for older versions of Money and Quicken. Both methods are free.
