Online Banking customers may continue signing on to FirstBank to access your accounts in view-only mode while accounts transition to PNC.
Once the transition is complete, you can sign on at PNC.com with your PNC User ID or enroll.
Internet Cash Management (ICM)
Users who have not yet completed the initial login to PINACLE® must log in to ICM first. Within ICM click on the link in the banner to complete your initial login to PINACLE®.
Exception Decisioning
Positive Pay remains active through June 22 to allow decisioning of outstanding exceptions. Ensure any pending exceptions are resolved by 2pm MT on June 22.
